Hi, Sue!! I'm good for 8!!! You're all listed on the blog, and I am following you!! What an awesome contest!! Now, for my Christmas memory?

I was about 7 and ALL of the family, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, were together in LA for Christmas. All of us kids were camped out in the living room sleeping, I was closest to the tree (funny how that worked?!). Everyone was asleep, and my Grandad came in from work...VERY early in the morning and I awoke when I heard the key in the lock.....he snuck past us....took his stuff to the kitchen, and then came back to the living room, where he proceeded to rumble about in the packages.....he checked them all out, then looked over at me, around the tree, grinned....and whispered..."we'll see you in a bit".....I fell asleep with that memory, and I have never lost it...he looked like a little kid at Christmas......I miss him all the time, but most especially at Christmas!

My best Christmas was: I was 18 years old, it was night time & I was leaving my grandparents house when I heard a noise above me; looked up & saw SANTA & HIS REINDEER flying in the sky!!! And I still believe to this day that I did see them BECUZ I DID!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!...Renee

What a great giveaway! I've never seen one with so many chances to win. So count me in! ANY of the gifts are wonderful (but I hope I get 1st! I love the pie!!!) Anyway, here goes: One of my favorite Christmas memories is when my daughter was about 5 and my son was 3. We baked cookies for Santa, and put water and carrots outside for his reindeer. They were thrilled with the gifts they received, but they were AMAZED that the cookies were gone, the carrots were mostly eaten and the water was splashed all over.
Patricia :o)

PS: I'm linking your giveaway to my blog and I'm also following your blog. These are great prizes and I want all 8 chances!!! Thank you.

Sue, Thanks for becoming a follower of my blog!! I am so excited about your blog because I love it and I can already tell you that I think you are awesome! I am now a follower of your blog and I so want to enter you giveaway. So that is 6 times. My favorite Christmas has to be the one when we held a Santa Breakfast for children and their parents in our home. We had around a 100 people when it started snowing. For most people that is not unusual, but we live in Georgia and the kids went wild. We had enough snow for the kids to play in. The parents kept coming in, the snow did not stop them. It was amazing. We collected over 200 gifts that Christmas for the needy children in our community! The snow was an exta gift for all of us! It was the was prettiest thing I had ever seen.
Hugs,
Yvette

One of my favorite Christmases was when I lived in RI and we went house to house that Christmas Eve and Day (it was exhausting!) visiting friends and family and eating tons of tamales-it was amazing how everyone was welcome to just show up at random houses of people we knew (and barely knew!) and try all these great tamales! Congrats on your milestone post and happy holidays to you!

Congratulations on your 100th post and thank for you for a fun giveaway!

I will be posting about it on my blog later this evening.
Don't know if this was my BEST Christmas but it certainly was one of my most memorable.
We have my children & the grandkids & our parents over on Christmas Eve. We were just getting ready to pass out presents. The grandkids were sitting as close to the tree as they could so they wouldn't miss out on any gifts. The dog & cat decided to start playing at the same time. You guessed it!! The dog chased the cat up the Christmas tree. The tree fell over right on top of the kids. After we made sure no one was hurt...we all laughed so hard, I'm sure Santa heard us. HO HO HO !! Happy Holidays

Well, when I was a teenager we had a family reunion in Maryland at my Aunt and Uncle's house, all my couisn were there, it was so much fun. It was the first time I ever go to open a present on Christmas Eve, it felt slightly naughty..heehee.

Sue, I am new to your blog, in fact, the first time I have read it. What great gift ideas! I love it! I have it marked in my "favorites" now! My best Christmas...well, I believe it was when my son was about a year old, and he stood in his crib, looking at the tree, with all the colorful lights on it.

HI Sue,

Thank you for stopping by my blog nad letting me know about your wonderful giveaway...so very generous of you!

Also, Thank you for helping out for HOPE. So very generous of you there, as well.

My favorite Christmas was when I was about 8, a family friends daughter and I got to sleep unter the tree, with the lights lit up all night. How we ever got to sleep is beyound me, but that is something I will always remember. We thought it was so neat...funny thing, we never did stay away long enough to see Santa. After all, that is what all the fuss was about :)

I am also going to plug this on my side bar on my blog...so it stays to the top.

Have a most Joyous Holiday Season.

Hugs,
~Tonya

Hi Sue! I love reading your posts with all of your tips & recipes (more great ones today, I see!), but I forgot to sign up for this giveaway until now! YIKES!

I'd have to say my most memorable Christmas was the year I received my Chatty Cathy doll. Remember her? You pulled a string in her back and she said 11 things, such as, "I love you", "Tell me a story", "Will you play with me?", and "Please take me with you". (I had to look those up...I don't have that great of a memory! haha) Anyway, I was so surprised! My parents were really good at not letting on...or at making us think there was no way we would get what we wanted the most.

Happy Holidays!

Sue, I would love to be entered in your amazing giveaway!Everything is gorgeous!
One of my favorite Christmas's was my Christmas at my Dad's Mom's house, and Grandma had such a beautiful decorated tree up in her livingroom, in front of the big picture window and in her diningroom the table was set so pretty, as we all were waiting for my Uncle to come home all the way from being stationed in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma! I remeber how excited everyone was when my Uncle Gene came inside Grandma's house!

When we got to open up our presents, I received a beautiful doll from my Grandma that she had croched a beautiful white dress for as my gift.. I still have that beautiful doll! I was only 8 years old when she gave it to me for Christmas.. That's been well over fifty some years ago now.. I love all the wonderful Christmas memories that are associated with my beautiful doll...

I really enjoy reading your blog Sue! I don't have my own blog yet, but hope to one of these days soon!

You and Your Family Have A Very Merry Christmas!

Thank You for the chance of winning one of your lovely giveaways!
