PINEAPPLE BLUEBERRY CRUNCH CAKE

This recipe actually takes only 5 minutes to make and it is delicious! I served mine with Cool Whip!
We called this a Dump Cake, but used Cherry Pie Filling. Try it using Peach Pie Filling or half Blueberry and half Cherry OMG that is good.

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup butter, plus more for dish
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice
1 (20-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 13 by 9-inch casserole dish. Melt 3/4 cup butter in saucepan over low heat. Pour the pineapple with juice into the casserole dish and evenly spread blueberry pie filling on top. Cover with dry yellow cake mix and top with pecans. Drizzle with meltedbutter and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

Thanks for another great sounding recipe. Hubby grows our blueberries. I'm not fond of them and we usually give most of them away. BUT I love pineapple. Will have to try the combination. Have a great day.

I already want to try a piece of this cake, I adore everything sweet, which is home-made, especially when it contains blueberries.I read a similar recipe on the Fulham cleaners tips page, but this sounds and looks much more better. Thank you for sharing it!
